Careers
We employ over 6,000 people across our distribution area. Their skills are diverse, ranging from professional, clerical and administrative support roles to highly trained craftsmen working on our extensive electricity distribution network.
Each year, we are committed to recruiting young people as apprentices.
In addition we also train adult craftsmen, and have a specialist training scheme for existing staff and graduates to progress into technical roles.
We provide additional training for other businesses and organisations at our purpose-built training centre in Taunton.
